This is a lovely afghan. A very pretty accessory to any room! Pattern written in standard American terms. Made of 15 squares with interlocking woven rings in the middle; that are crocheted together in the assembly stage. This pattern also includes instructions for a matching pillow.

Materials Used: Worsted weight acrylic (110 yard ball): 20 gray, 19 blue, 15 green for afghan; 1 each gray, blue and green for pillow. Size F crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge. 1/4 yard of purple polished cotton fabric. Sewing thread to match fabric. 1 1/4 yards (1/2") cording. 16" square pillow form.

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet.

This pattern is for the experienced crocheter.

Gauge: 
Afghan square = 16".
Pillow square = 15".

Finished Size: 
Afghan: 48" x 80" (not including edging).
Pillow: approximately 15 1/2" square.

Featured stitches: chain, double crochet, half double crochet, slip stitch and single crochet.
