Shipping Methods

All patterns are digital products (PDFs), not hard copy patterns to keep our costs down which allows Katnabox Creations to pass these savings to our customers. Customers will need to have a PDF file reader.

Upon receiving payment for your order Katnabox Creations will automatically send your digital pattern to the email address that the customer provides at checkout within 24 hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate email address for this purpose. Returns & Refunds

There are no refunds on PDF files due to their very nature of being a digital product. If you feel there is an error within the pattern please contact Katnabox Creations via email at info@katnaboxcreations.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
