For those who purchase my digital patterns, due to their nature, patterns are non-refundable once sent. If you have not received your pattern within 24 hours please contact me. Check you spam/junk box. Sometimes spam blockers keep out the good as well as the bad! I may be contacted by email at: katnabox.crochet@gmail.com
All patterns are only available in English, I do not provide translation services.
Patterns are not physical, these are all digital files. Also the items listed here are patterns not the physical item in the pictures.
Please understand that I am selling a product, not a service. I am not responsible if you purchase a pattern that is outside your scope of abilities. All patterns state the skill level in the listing title.
Google and you tube are excellent resources for crafters today with teaching videos and written help.
Seller is not responsible for how you view your product. Computer, monitor, and program settings will affect how a pattern looks, the buyers will need to adjust that on their own to determine what is the best setting to view their purchased pattern.
