Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds on PDF files due to their very nature of being a digital product. If you feel there is an error within the pattern please contact Katnabox Creations via email at info@katnaboxcreations.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Shipping Policies
Upon receiving payment for your order Katnabox Creations will automatically send your digital pattern to the email address that the customer provides at checkout within 24 hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate email address for this purpose. If you are having trouble with this feature, please contact Katnabox Creations via email at, info@katnaboxcreations.com.
Additionally, check your spam/junk box before making contact, sometimes orders go there instead of the inbox.
Shop Policies
All patterns are only available in English, translation services are not available.
These patterns are not physical hard copies, nor are they the actual items for sale. All items listed for sale here are digital PDF files and the customer must have a way to read PDF files.
All purchases made are the responsibility of the customer to have the skills necessary to complete the pattern. Google and YouTube are excellent resources for crafters today with teaching videos and written tutorial help. Katnabox Creations does have a small resource library available for minor issues.
Katnabox Creations is not responsible for how customers view your product. Computer, monitor, and program settings will affect how a pattern looks, and the customers will need to adjust that on their own to determine what is the best setting to view their purchased pattern.

Please respect copyrights. Katnabox Creations’ patterns are NOT to be re-distributed in any way, printed, electronic, whether free or for sale; in part or in full. However, anything made from our patterns is allowed to be sold of course.
Katnabox Creations will not sell, distribute, or exchange the customer’s private information with anyone.
