This pattern is very simple and easy to make. The instructions only consist of 2 rows, with the 2nd row repeated throughout. It's meant to use up scraps of yarn. The pattern is free if you follow the instructions listed here, if you need to download it you will have to pay for it to cover my costs to keep the pattern on the page!

SIZE: 48" x 50"

MATERIALS: Knitting worsted weight yarn (4) - a total of about 32 oz. This afghan can utilize left over of many different colors. Crochet hook size I or hook size needed to obtain gauge.

GAUGE: 4 pattern sts = 3". (3 dc group = 1 pattern st).

NOTE: Change color on every row. Turn at end of every row.

AFGHAN:

Row 1: Ch 195. Work 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook, *skip 2 ch, 3 dc in next ch; repeat from * across. Fasten off. Turn.

Row 2: Join new color or yarn between first and 2nd dc of first 3 dc group, ch 3, 2 dc in same space, *3 dc between first and 2nd dc of next 3 dc group: repeat from * across. Fasten off. Turn.

Repeat Row 2 until piece measure 50".
