The pattern is designed to fit popular 18 inch dolls including American Girl Dolls, Journey Girl Dolls, My Life As Dolls, Gotz Dolls, Our Generation Dolls, and other similar body shaped dolls.

Little girls love to play beside the water, and sometimes in it! Collecting flowers, pretty rocks, maybe even a frog or two as they go. This little dress was made for playing, the apron helps keep her dress clean. The hat keeps the sun out of her eyes. And, as you can see, she's been playing in the flowers already!

Materials: Sport weight yarn in light green 125 yds, variegated greens 150 yds, aqua 100 yards, 150

yards white.

Notions: Tapestry needle, 3 small buttons, Velcro or 3 steel snaps, 1 1/2 feet of floral wire, 10 1/2" of 1/4" elastic.

Hook: Steel hook 3.00 mm/size D. To save time and materials, always check your gauge.

Gauge: 28 dc x 16 rows = 4" x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm)

Special stitches: Shell = 9 dc in the same st. V stitch = dc, ch 1, dc.

Picot: Ch 3, sc in 3rd ch from hook. Picot made.
