Welcome back to the 1970s! Revisit these years with a pattern from that era. Old is new again. Brilliant skit of many colors, accented by black alternates bands of granny motifs, squares and triangles, with bands of shells in color or black. Border at bottom in patchwork rows of double crochet, can be made any depth. A drawstring chain, woven through spaces at the waist, ties the skirt into shape.
