Materials:  
Women: Phentex Capri (2 ply): 10 skeins of Phentex MC: 1 skein of Phentex CC; One No. 6 crochet hook, 3 buttons of 1" in diameter. One 20" zipper.

Men: Phentex Capri (2ply) (my best guess is sport weight yarn, check your gauge to be sure): 11 skeins of Phentex MC: One No. 6 crochet hook. One button of 1" in diameter. One 20" zipper. One belt buckle of 2 1/2".

Sizes:
Women: Directions are given for size (10-12 32"-34" bust).
Men: Directions are given for medium size. (Instructions do not provide measurements).

Gauge: 8 sts = 2"; 6 rows = 2" with No. 6 crochet hook or any other size that will give the correct gauge.
